A yoga/massage therapy session is an opportunity for you to focus on what is specific to you and  develop a personalized wellness program.  In a session I draw on all of my skill sets to bring a program together to support you, whether your goals are to reduce pain, to calm an anxious  mind or to manage the stress of life .  Through a detailed case history,  movement assessment and discussion around your goals, we determine a treatment plan.  Your plan may include functional and movement re-education exercises, soft tissue (massage) applications, breathing and relaxation techniques, and ways to integrate the practices into your lifestyle.   A private yoga/massage therapy session brings together the whole picture of wellness,
